I have devoted my life to mind training. Thoughts are a precursor to creation. Our cultural programming has fed us with many, to put it mildly, less-than-optimal beliefs which are the sole causes of all of our suffering. Once adopted, beginning from childhood (and some we inherit even from several generations before through ancestral DNA) they operate from our subconscious part of the mind and manifest in our lives as certain events, relationships, and experiences, which then we call "our destiny". We are cybernetic organisms and as such we are programmable. Everything in our lives runs on certain programs - our beliefs. There are no coincidences. No one can rise above their beliefs about themselves - unless they change their beliefs about themselves. I help people transform their limiting beliefs, facilitate their empowerment, and the end of suffering is the certain, inevitable outcome. To accomplish that I use various powerful tools and techniques from state-of-the-art psycho-spiritual mind training, transformational breathwork, and hands-on bodywork, which I have learned and refined through almost 3 decades of my research and practice. When you do the work, the results are certain.
